The Yellow Bamboo practice uses a vigorous type of Yoga breathing called Pranayama. This is not suitable for these conditions:
- If you feel weak or sick
- Those succeptible to hernias or issues with the stomach muscles
- People with hypertension or weak blood vessel walls.
- Those with cardiac or vascular weakness or irregularities.
- Having mental problems
