The Yellow Bamboo practice uses a vigorous type of Yoga breathing called Pranayama. This is not suitable for these conditions:

  • Pregnant
  • If you feel weak or sick
  • Those succeptible to hernias or issues with the stomach muscles
  • People with hypertension or weak blood vessel walls.
  • Those with cardiac or vascular weakness or irregularities.
  • Having mental problems
